A trial date has been fixed starting the 30^thSeptember 2024, with an estimated length of 8 weeks. The trial will be at Oxford Crown Court.

Neil Stafford or maybe now Neil Hussey or some other made up name.

Fraudster, liar and fantacist to name a few characteristics. If you know this ugly face get in contact.

Having arrived at this website the chances are that you fall into one of the following categories:

1. You have lent money to Neil Stafford or one of his supposed business interests and now you are having difficulties getting your money returned to you.

2. You have been approached by Neil Stafford or one of his supposed business interests for money to invest or lend to him for investment in one of his 'deals'.

3. You are a female and you know Neil, or at least you thought you did.

4. You are a member of Neils family and you are starting to realise what your father, brother, son is really about as the events unfold. If any of the family members feel so embarressed and ashamed of their Dads actions, and wish to start paying back assets that we victims have paid for eg your eduction, holidays, watches, jewellery, trust accounts in Switzerland etc etc then feel free to get in contact via the site. As of February 2023 no family members have been in contact to offer repayments or to apologise for the actions of their father / brother. Some abuse was received from a sister in denial, which was treated accordingly.

If you have lent money and you are experiencing difficulties getting repayment you are not alone! Several people have come forward who cannot get back money lent to Neil Stafford. This is currently being investigated by Thames Valley Police Major Fraud unit. Neils passport has been retained by the police in order to keep him in the UK whilst they continue with their investigations.

Neil Stafford until early June 2015 resided in a rented house in Oxford.

Neil may also be involved with a non UK business pretending to trade as Oxford Capital Funding out of virtual offices in Miami and New York. Herbert Caswell is another person linked to this entity. If you have news get in contact.
